An exciting opportunity is available for a Anaesthesia & Analgesia Specialist – ECVAA/ACVAA/FANZCVS to join our client’s amazing team of specialists
This role offers the chance to help shape a new referral hospital from its inception, working alongside specialists in surgery, oncology, anaesthesia, radiology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology. Clinical decisions are led by expertise and guided by evidence, with the autonomy to allocate appropriate time, diagnostics, and resources based on patient needs.
You’ll work in a genuinely collaborative environment where complex cases are managed collectively, multidisciplinary discussion is encouraged, and communication with referring veterinarians is clear, respectful, and responsive.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and value kindness, integrity, and teamwork.
You will bring:
Board certification, board eligibility, or completion of a recognised residency in A&A
Eligibility for registration in Western Australia
A strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and high clinical standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a specialist team
Professional integrity, sound clinical judgement, humility, and accountability
