Key Responsibilities
Surgical & Dental Care
Perform a wide range of soft tissue surgical procedures
Interpret dental radiographs and perform multi-rooted extractions
Deliver high-quality perioperative and postoperative patient care
Maintain excellent medical record documentation
Patient & Referral Relationships
Provide exceptional care and compassion for every patient
Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and local practices
Communicate clearly with veterinary partners regarding treatment outcomes
Clinical Collaboration
Work collaboratively with veterinary colleagues and support staff
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment
Support hospital protocols and clinical standards
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
Have at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
Hold an active veterinary license in good standing (or be eligible for licensure)
Be confident performing soft tissue surgery and dental procedures
Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
Be passionate about providing accessible veterinary care and improving patient outcomes

Compensation
$130,000 – $160,000 salary depending on experience
