The Associate Veterinarian will:

Deliver high-quality medical care using advanced diagnostic and treatment tools

Confidently triage and manage urgent care cases

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their pets

Promote preventative medicine, vaccine protocols, parasite prevention, and long-term wellness strategies

Maintain clear and consistent medical records using structured SOAP templates

Participate in client education and community outreach initiatives

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent

Licensed (or eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in California

Competitive base salary of $140,000–$180,000 + production bonus
