This is a well-established, privately owned veterinary hospital in Doha that has been delivering high-quality veterinary care since 2011. The hospital operates from a large, multi-floor facility and offers a comprehensive range of services including preventive medicine, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, dermatology, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and emergency care.

The hospital is fully equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical technology, including ultrasound, digital radiography, laparoscopy, multiparameter monitoring, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. Ongoing expansion is underway, with the addition of a new surgical theatre, expanded treatment areas, and enlarged hospitalisation and quarantine wards, reflecting continued growth and investment in both infrastructure and clinical standards.

An experienced and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse is sought to take on a Head Veterinary Nurse position within the hospital. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining clinical nursing with team management, mentoring, and operational oversight.

You will work closely with veterinarians and senior staff to oversee daily workflows, maintain consistently high nursing standards, and support both surgical and inpatient care. The role also involves mentoring and developing nursing colleagues, contributing to clinical protocol development, and supporting the continued evolution of the nursing department.

There is genuine scope to introduce new ideas, refine processes, and lead nurse-driven initiatives as the hospital continues to expand. Experience with digital systems and practice management software is advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Both permanent and temporary/locum arrangements are considered, making this an attractive option for nurses exploring international work without an immediate long-term commitment.
