We are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join this established general practice. This role is well suited to both experienced clinicians and early-career veterinarians who are eager to continue developing their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will be involved in a varied caseload, providing comprehensive medical care for dogs, cats, and small mammals. The role offers exposure to routine wellness, preventative medicine, diagnostics, and medical case management, with support readily available from a cohesive clinical team.
The schedule has been designed to promote work–life balance, allowing you to enjoy everything Washington, DC has to offer outside of work.
Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Closed Sundays
In addition to your veterinary qualifications, we are looking for someone who brings the following qualities to the team:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Eligible for licensure in Washington, DC
Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine commitment to patient and client care
A collaborative communicator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
Curious and motivated to continue learning and developing clinically
Comfortable seeking and offering support in a dynamic clinical environment
