We are seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Specialist in Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) to join the hospital team permanently.
As an ECC Specialist, you will:
Provide advanced medical care for critically ill and injured patients in the ER, ICU, or wards.
Perform emergency procedures and surgeries, including advanced critical care interventions.
Lead and mentor the ECC team of veterinarians, nurses, and interns.
Collaborate with specialists across internal medicine, surgery, oncology, cardiology, and neurology.
Contribute to hospital protocols, case reviews, and continuing education programs.
Board-certified or residency-trained ECVECC or ACVECC (or equivalent)
Extensive experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, and emergency surgery
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, 24/7 ECC environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide the ECC team
Excellent communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
