The Associate Emergency Veterinarian will:

Provide high-quality emergency and urgent care services

Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment in case management

Confidently triage and manage critical and complex cases

Collaborate with experienced emergency clinicians and support staff

Lead and mentor skilled technicians in a respectful, team-oriented manner

Contribute progressive ideas to support continued hospital growth

Flexible scheduling options include:

Three 12-hour shifts per week (12 shifts per month), or

Two 15-hour shifts per week (8 shifts per month)

This role offers both autonomy and strong team collaboration within a progressive emergency setting.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree

Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida

Confident in emergency case management and critical care

Self-aware, collaborative leader who communicates effectively

Comfortable guiding and mentoring technical staff

Surgical skills are welcomed; additional training available
