
Our client is a Specialist & Emergency Hospital in Singapore, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for small animals and exotic pets. The hospital is specialist-owned and fully equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including endoscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI, radiography, and an in-house laboratory.
The exotics department is led by a boarded ECM specialist, supported by an ECM resident and an associate veterinarian. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency care with the support of the ECC team and offers access to internal medicine, neurology, and surgical specialists.
As an Associate Exotics Veterinarian, you will provide advanced medical care for a variety of exotic species, including birds, reptiles, and small mammals. You will perform medical examinations, diagnose conditions, administer treatments, and manage surgical and emergency cases. You will collaborate closely with the wider veterinary team to ensure optimal patient care and provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore.
You hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent and are licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Singapore. You have a strong interest in exotic animal medicine and preferably have residency training or board certification in exotics. Experience working with birds, reptiles, and small mammals is essential. You are a strong communicator, thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment, and are committed to your professional growth in exotic animal medicine and surgery.
