As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will focus on orthopedic and soft tissue surgery within a high-volume emergency and specialty setting. You will enjoy a balance of acute surgical cases, elective orthopedic procedures, and opportunities for collaboration with internal medicine and specialty teams.
You will be supported by experienced emergency clinicians, criticalists, and technical staff, and have access to state-of-the-art equipment and multiple surgical suites to deliver efficient and effective patient care.
In addition to your veterinary qualifications, we are looking for someone who:
Is a Diplomate of ACVS or residency-trained, eligible to sit for the certifying exam
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
Enjoys performing orthopedic surgeries regularly
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
Works collaboratively with specialists, technical staff, and colleagues
Demonstrates excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
Is committed to compassionate, patient-centred care
Values mentorship, teaching, and contributing positively to team culture
