As Lead Veterinarian, you will take ownership of both the clinical and cultural success of the hospital, working closely with your team to deliver outstanding care.
In this position, you will:
Lead and support a team of veterinarians and support staff within a growing hospital
Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care, setting the clinical standard
Maintain full autonomy over medical decision-making and case management
Mentor and develop Associate Veterinarians through coaching, collaboration, and feedback
Foster a positive, engaged team culture built on accountability and continuous improvement
Partner with operational leadership to support hospital performance, growth, and efficiency
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
Represent the hospital within the local veterinary community
