The hospital’s clinical focus is on wellness and routine sick appointments, allowing veterinarians to practice thoughtful, relationship-driven medicine without the pressure of complex diagnostics or advanced procedures. The facility is equipped with ultrasound and blood pressure monitoring, with established referral pathways in place for advanced diagnostics and specialised treatments when needed.
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead this collaborative and well-supported practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys clinical leadership, mentoring, and shaping medical standards in a stable, community-focused environment.
You will work alongside one full-time and one part-time veterinarian, guiding medical direction while remaining hands-on in clinical care. The role offers a full-time schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am–1:00pm.

Salary range $170,000-$190,000 based on experience, skills, and credentials
