As Medical Director, you will divide your time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities, helping to establish and uphold the medical quality, culture, and direction of the hospital.
In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional medical and surgical care to dogs and cats
Mentor veterinarians and support the ongoing development of the clinical team
Partner with hospital leadership on medical protocols, standards, and workflow
Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospital culture
Support strategic initiatives in operations, HR, marketing, and client experience
Model high-quality, ethical veterinary practice in every interaction
This is a full-time leadership position with support from administrative teams across operations, HR, payroll, and marketing.

Negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications. Typical range $170,000-$190,000 + production + team based bonuses
