Located in East Las Vegas, this AAHA-accredited full-service veterinary hospital has been serving the community for nearly 40 years. The hospital is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies, including digital radiology, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, soft tissue surgery, and endoscopy. Designed for efficiency and high-quality medicine, the practice provides comprehensive care for a wide variety of cases, from routine wellness to complex medical and surgical procedures.

We’re seeking a Medical Director to lead this established hospital. This is a unique opportunity to practice medicine while shaping the direction, quality, and growth of the hospital. You will have autonomy similar to ownership, without the financial risk, supported by experts in operations, HR, marketing, and payroll.

In this role, you will guide the medical team, mentor colleagues, and ensure the highest standard of patient care, all while participating directly in clinical cases and surgery. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about leadership, professional growth, and building a positive, collaborative hospital culture.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
