We’re seeking a Medical Director to lead and support this highly skilled veterinary team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while providing leadership, mentorship, and clinical direction.
You will:
Oversee clinical operations and ensure high standards of medical care
Support, mentor, and guide the veterinary team
Participate in diagnosis, treatment, and management of small animal cases
Contribute to hospital strategy, workflow improvements, and service development
Work closely with support staff to optimize patient care and client experience

To attract and support a skilled Medical Director, the hospital provides a comprehensive and flexible compensation package, including:
Annual salary range $160,000 – $210,000, negotiable based on experience and credentials
Up to $35,000 signing bonus
