We’re seeking a Medical Director to lead and support this highly skilled veterinary team. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while providing leadership, mentorship, and clinical direction.

You will:

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure high standards of medical care

• Support, mentor, and guide the veterinary team

• Participate in diagnosis, treatment, and management of small animal cases

To attract and support a skilled Medical Director, the hospital provides a comprehensive and flexible compensation package, including:

• Annual salary range $160,000 – $210,000, negotiable based on experience and credentials

• Up to $35,000 signing bonus
