We are seeking an experienced Specialist Surgeon (board-certified or residency-trained) to join our Helsingborg hospital on a permanent basis.
You will:
Perform advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries, including arthroscopy, laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, and neurosurgery.
Collaborate with emergency veterinarians, specialists, and support staff to provide comprehensive care to complex cases.
Contribute to clinical development, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior veterinarians and interns.
Participate in interventional procedures and advanced diagnostic planning.
Flexible working arrangements are offered, typically 3–4 days per week, to promote work-life balance.
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities, including:
CT scanner and fluoroscopy
Advanced X-ray unit and ultrasound (abdominal & cardiology)
Laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, and arthroscopy surgical equipment
Orthopaedic instruments and implants
Neurosurgery equipment
Full range of flexible and rigid endoscopy
In-house diagnostic laboratory
MRI department under development

Board-certified ECVS/ACVS or residency-trained in veterinary surgery.
Experience performing complex soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures.
