This is a dedicated small animal urgent care hospital designed to bridge the gap between general practice and emergency medicine. The hospital is staffed by a dynamic and experienced team focused exclusively on providing timely, high-quality urgent care for dogs and cats in a supportive, well-resourced setting.
The practice is equipped with modern veterinary technology, including digital radiography and ultrasound, and follows hands-free radiology safety standards. Fear-free techniques are used whenever possible to minimise stress for patients and staff alike. The culture is collaborative, team-oriented, and centred on delivering excellent medicine while maintaining sustainability and wellbeing.
An Urgent Care Veterinarian is sought to join the team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy fast-paced medicine without overnight emergency shifts.
The caseload consists of non-life-threatening but time-sensitive presentations such as ear infections, vomiting and diarrhoea, toxin ingestions, ocular concerns, allergic reactions, and similar urgent cases in dogs and cats.
Hospital hours are Monday to Sunday, 10:00am – 8:00pm, with team members rotating weekends as part of a balanced schedule.
You are passionate about patient care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment. You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing knowledge, and delivering efficient, high-quality medicine. You are curious, adaptable, and committed to continual learning, with a strong focus on building trust with clients and colleagues alike.
