This brand-new urgent care hospital in Northwest San Antonio has been thoughtfully designed to support both pets and the people who care for them. The hospital is supported by a well-structured team, including 2–4 associates per veterinarian, with dedicated support for medical records and client communication. This allows you to focus on what you do best—connecting with clients, diagnosing pets, and developing clear, compassionate treatment plans.

The hospital provides same-day and next-day care for a wide range of common urgent issues, including allergic reactions, GI concerns, eye and ear issues, dermatology cases, wounds, pain, respiratory illness, toxin ingestion, and urinary problems. The culture is collaborative, friendly, and grounded in mutual respect.

We’re seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join this well-supported, forward-thinking hospital. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced but structured environment with predictable workflows and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will diagnose and manage a variety of non-life-threatening urgent cases, supported by a dedicated and highly trained team. The model allows veterinarians to focus fully on clinical decision-making and client communication while the support staff manage administrative and technical tasks.

This is a full-time role, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, including four weekend shifts per month.
Hospital hours:

• Monday–Friday: 12:00pm – 10:00pm

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
  Closed on major public holidays.

• Salary range $150,000-$180,000 negotiable based on experience, skills, and credentials
